2020 Membership Drive
The Winnisquam Watershed Network is a grassroots organization that relies on volunteer effort and support from our members to conduct our water quality monitoring, invasive species prevention and control, and watershed management planning and advocacy programs for the Lake Winnisquam watershed. One of our biggest challenges has been bringing together a “community” that straddles five different municipalities and includes both year-round and seasonal residents as well as visitors to the lakes region, all of whom share a common interest in preserving and protecting our beautiful lake for generations to come.
As we kick off our annual June membership drive we ask you to consider how important our work is to you and the lake you love, and who else you might recruit to join the WWN so that they too can help support our programs, give us a louder collective voice on issues pertaining to Lake Winnisquam, and stay informed about what’s going on around the lake. Everyone who joins or renews their membership in the WWN, or who refers a new member, between now and June 30th will be entered in a drawing for one of our attractive WWN sweatshirts or tees, and all will receive a free WWN car decal. Early renewals will be added to your existing membership.
Thanks for your support – together we can ensure that Lake Winnisquam remains clean, healthy and sustainable into the distant future.
