NH Lakes “Love NH Lakes” license plate survey

If you register you car in NH, NH LAKES wants to hear from you!

The New Hampshire Legislature is considering creating a "Love NH Lakes" license plate to help restore and preserve the health of New Hampshire's lakes—and they need to hear from you ASAP! 
 
This special plate would feature a loon on a lake and the "live free or die" logo. Proceeds from the plate's sale would provide grants and loans to community groups through the Cyanobacteria Mitigation Loan and Grant Fund to reduce the pollution fueling the increasing cyanobacteria blooms in our lakes throughout the state. As you know, cyanobacteria can be toxic and can make people, pets, and wildlife seriously ill. Recurring cyanobacteria can reduce shoreline property values and negatively impact tourism.
